We all want some sort of happiness, but happiness comes at a cost—this cost is love. And I say “cost” because it’s difficult to love those around you—those who seem so different. But really we’re not all that different. We all have the love of humanity in our hearts, yet over time we have lost the way. We must do away with the newfound growth of greed, hate, and intolerance because once we’re dead all that hatred will mean nothing. Love will, though, as the more we love, the more love spreads, and with this ongoing cycle we will no longer have to dream of happiness and peace. We will no longer have to suffer the slings and arrows of the unfortunate distaste amid the streets we walk. No, this earth will finally shine with a sun that has been lost for far too long. We will bask in this sun as we will finally feel at peace.
